Complaints/appeals/claims

Please use the online form Quality Austria Complaint in order to send us your complaint/appeal/claim.

The "Appeals and Complaints" process applies to all qualityaustria services, in particular system certification, product certification, person certification, verification, validation, SURE, CoC audits and assessments.

Appeals

Appeals may only be submitted by individual customers regarding the services provided by Quality Austria, including certification decisions.

Complaints

Complaints may also be filed by third parties. These may concern, for example, the operation of the management system of an organization certified by Quality Austria, as well as individuals certified by Quality Austria.

Furthermore, complaints may also concern very general areas of Quality Austria's activities.

Complaints

A customer complaint regarding Quality Austria services that is not treated as a grievance.

Confidentiality

Complaints and appeals are treated strictly confidentially by Quality Austria and do not have any discriminatory impact on the person submitting the complaint or appeal. Complainants may remain anonymous to the customer if they wish.

Impartiality

When considering appeals and complaints, the independence of those entrusted with this task is ensured.

The submission, consideration and resolution of a complaint must not lead to discrimination against the person submitting the complaint.

Complaint handling

Quality Austria checks to what extent the appeal or complaint relates to its own certification activities.

An investigation is conducted to collect and verify all information necessary to assess the complaint.

If the complaint concerns a customer certified by Quality Austria, the investigation of the complaint must take into account the effectiveness of the certified management system.

Complaints concerning a certified customer are forwarded by Quality Austria to that customer within 14 days.

If Quality Austria deems a short-term customer inspection justified (in the event of a complaint), a corresponding audit must be conducted within 90 days, and the results must be properly documented. QM must engage a suitably qualified independent auditor for this purpose (in the automotive sector, this is a special audit).

Please submit claims and complaints only using the dedicated online form: Quality Austria Complaint

Please send your claims and complaints regarding FSC® CoC by email to office@qualityaustria.com.pl

Beschwerde-Abwicklung
