As an independent certification body, we conduct conformity assessments based on international standards and regulations. This allows us to assess and confirm compliance with relevant requirements (such as ISO 9001, the quality management standard). We primarily certify systems, products, and services, as well as individuals, in accordance with the accreditation regulations of Akkreditierung Austria.

Quality Austria recognizes the importance of impartiality in its work as a certification body. To ensure objectivity in conducting certification activities, a procedure for handling potential conflicts of interest has been incorporated into the Quality Austria management system.
