About the training

During this training course, we discuss in detail all the requirements set out in the ISO 9001:2015 standard. Thanks to numerous exercises and practical examples, participants will find it easier to absorb and consolidate the knowledge they have gained. This training course is designed both for those who deal with Quality Management Systems on a daily basis and for those who wish to broaden their knowledge in this area.

Training objective

The aim of the training is to familiarise participants with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard. Participants will gain information in a clear and accessible manner on:

  • a comprehensive interpretation of the requirements,
  • management and evaluation of the effectiveness of processes,
  • risk management,
  • assessments of the effectiveness of the quality management system,

and the exercises carried out, together with practical examples, will help to consolidate and organise the knowledge gained.
