About the training

During the training, participants will become familiar with selected topics related to the construction of steel and aluminum load-bearing structures according to the EN 1090 standard. Particular attention is paid to the basic issues verified during Factory Production Control audits in accordance with the EN 1090 standard.

Training duration: 1 day / 4 hours

Training objective

The training aims to present several issues occurring during the construction of steel and aluminium load-bearing structures according to the EN 1090 standard.

  • Owners of companies in the load-bearing structure manufacturing industry

  • Subcontractors who provide services in the construction market
  • People involved in implementing EN 1090 in the company
  • Proxies

Course of training

Examples of important issues raised during audits according to the EN 1090 standard at manufacturers of load-bearing structures:
1. Requirements for welding supervision and quality control supervision in EN 1090 certification,
2. Combined tightening method for prestressed bolted connections according to EN 1090-2,
3. Specifications and documentation according to EN 1090-2,
4. Conditions for effective implementation of robotic MAG welding of profiled supporting structures.
