About the training

Podczas szkolenia będziesz mieć możliwość: Poznania lub ugruntowania swojej wiedzy na temat: APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) oraz PPAP (Production Part Approval Process). Podczas szkolenia przedstawimy zagadnienia dotyczące: Budowania jakości wyrobu na całym etapie życia wyrobu według wytycznych APQP, Powiązania pomiędzy etapami wdrażania nowych wyrobów oraz Metody i narzędzia stosowane w metodologii APQP (w tym Plany Kontroli FMEA, Przepływy procesu itp.). Atutem naszych szkoleń jest prowadzenie ich przez doświadczonych trenerów, którzy oprócz teorii podzielą się z Wami swoimi rozległymi doświadczeniami z branży motoryzacyjnej.   • omówienie najważniejszych zagadnień: zasady uzgodnień klient-dostawca
  • klient – dostawca: podstawowe informacje
  • typowe i opcjonalne elementy przedkładane do zatwierdzenia
  • podział odpowiedzialności w firmie w zakresie poszczególnych składników PPAP oraz koordynacji projektu
  • przedłożenie PPAP: kiedy pierwszy raz, zasady wypełniania gwarancji przedłożenia (PSW), poziomy przedłożeń, zasady aktualizacji PPAP i powiadamiania klienta o zmianach
  • wykorzystanie Podręcznika Dostawcy i umowy klient-dostawca dla uzgodnienia PPAP
  • niektóre specyficzne wymagania wielkich producentów dot. PPAP (CSR)
  • PPAP a nasi dostawcy
  • PPAP według wytycznych VDA
