A competent auditor will conduct a focus audit in the form of a workshop with a group of relevant individuals within the company. The group of participants should consist of approximately five people. Participants will be appointed by the company.
The auditor moderates the checklist questions and transfers the answers to the checklist. The level of implementation will be reviewed by the group. At the end of the audit, a prioritized review list based on the checklist will be available. This will provide an overview of the implementation status of legal requirements related to the relevant labor protection act. The developed checklist will remain with the client.
