About the training

System HACCP stanowi potwierdzenie, że produkowana lub wprowadzona do obrotu żywność jest bezpieczna. Stanowi to swego rodzaju "tarczę ochronną", że wszelkie nasze działania służące zapewnieniu bezpieczeństw żywności zostały wykonane w odpowiedni sposób. Niejednokrotnie zapisy z systemu HACCP pozwalają udowodnić (np. właścicielom restauracji), że z ich strony zostały spełnione reżimy bezpieczeństwa, zaś źródło ewentualnego zatrucia żywności jest w zupełnie innym miejscu. W wielu sytuacjach może to stanowić kluczowy dowód podczas zewnętrznych kontroli. Jak prawidłowo wdrożyć i stosować system HACCP? Dowiesz się podczas naszego szkolenia.
