Training objective
This is a three-day (24-hour) practice-oriented training during which:
you will gain comprehensive knowledge of the auditor's work methodology
you will gain practical skills in preparing and conducting audits and preparing substantive and complete audit reports
you will learn to wisely initiate and/or evaluate improvement actions undertaken by the organization
you will learn the principles of effective communication and effective management of a team of auditors
You will also learn how to best interpret the provisions contained in the standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 19011, what to avoid and who and why will be perfect as an internal auditor
Our trainers will help you effectively acquire knowledge. Thanks to their many years of experience and constant exchange of knowledge with other Quality Austria experts, they can filter and reject everything that is not important during a given training session, focusing instead on what is most valuable and useful for the participants.
