During this practical, two-day (16-hour) training, you will acquire specific knowledge of auditor methodology and practical skills in preparing and conducting audits, as well as developing substantive and comprehensive audit reports. You will learn how to effectively initiate and/or evaluate improvement actions undertaken by an organization, and you will learn the principles of effective communication and effective management of a team of auditors. You will also learn how to best interpret the provisions of the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 19011 standards, what to avoid, and who is best suited to be an internal auditor and why.
Our trainers will help you effectively acquire knowledge. Thanks to their many years of experience and constant exchange of knowledge with other Quality Austria experts, they can filter and reject everything that is not important during a given training session, focusing instead on what is most valuable and useful for the participants.
